MW4’s first store item is a charity bundle. The C.O.D.E. Valor Pack went on sale with the game on 23 October, and Activision says 100% of its net proceeds go to the Call of Duty Endowment, which helps US and UK veterans find work after leaving the military.
The pack is built around Kyle Carpenter, a US Marine Corps veteran and Medal of Honor recipient. Its two operators are based on photos from his deployment in Afghanistan, and several items reference his recovery and his personal motto.
What’s in it
Stars and Stripes and MW4.GG list the following contents:
- Valor operator (Kyle), plus the Relentless operator skin
- Forged Resolve M4 blueprint
- Still Standing Rezi 12 blueprint
- Worth Fighting For combat knife blueprint, engraved with his name and rank
- Nice Try charm, Steel Talon sticker, Forged in Valor calling card, Earned, Not Given emblem and a loading screen
- One-hour 2XP and Weapon 2XP tokens
Price and availability
MW4.GG reports the Steam listing at $19.99. Activision’s announcement doesn’t give a price, so check your platform’s store for the local figure.
The items are usable in MW4 now. MW4.GG says they also carry over to Warzone when Season 1 starts on 6 November.
Should you buy it?
Nothing in it affects gameplay beyond the short 2XP tokens. It’s a cosmetic bundle, and the money goes to a veterans’ employment charity rather than to Activision.
